Information about enrolment and payment policy

Enrolment Policy

  • If a lesson is postponed or changes made due to an event, the postponed lesson will be rescheduled to a later date, or a substitute teacher may take the class. No credit or refund, either in whole or in part, will be provided in this regard.​
  • If Excel Withus Education resources/materials are lost or missing, we must request for a replacement which will be at the sole discretion of Excel Withus Education. A fee will apply if the replacement is issued.​
  • Students are not eligible to purchase or reissue past Excel Withius resources/materials.​
  • Excel Withus resources/materials are exclusive to Excel Withus students who are enrolled in the course and are not available for purchase separately.  ​
  • Minimum two weeks’ discontinuous notice is required in advance.
  • $70 administration fee will be charged for early termination.

Payment Policy

  • All fees are payable in full for the term in advance by the course enrolment due date.
  • No refunds or credits will be given for changing of mind or schedule. No exceptions will be made for absences due to sickness, school activities, etc.
  • 5% sibling discount will be applied for second child, 10% discount for two term’s enrolment.
  • No discount applicable to VCE class, Exam Preparation course and any materials.
  • We accept – credit cards, cheque payment, cash and Internet banking. Credit card payment will attract surcharge.
